My goal as a personal trainer is always to maximize each one of my clients workouts while unlocking his or her potential…without getting him or her to hate me…or put too much undue strain on their bodies.
I am always looking for the newest technology to achieve these goals in the fitness industry and to not only make my job easier, but to achieve my clients goals faster and with less possibility of injury or undue stress on the body.
Most recently I discovered the Canali System created by renowned Italian Olympic trainer Vincenzo Canali and imported from Italy. These “Flying Machines” are among the most innovative equipment in the world today.

Superstar trainer Christian Castano works out on the new Canali Flying Machine equipment.
Each arrived at The Superstar Gym last week and is the first of its kind in the United States.
There are 8 unique and effective features to the Canali Systems brand-new Auxotonic Postural Rotating Machines that set them apart from any other on the market:
1) They utilize your own body weight exclusively!
2) Using them will improve your posture.
3) Each keeps muscle contraction constant, making them safer and more effective.
4) Your back joint is completely supported by the seat you’re working from.
5) The machines can be more selective in working your specific muscles.
6) They offer diversified loading (working one or two arms at a time.)
7) They feature minimal motion strain maximizing conractions and results and minimizing strain and pain.
8) Fun!
Compared with the traditional isotonic machines, the Auxotonic Machines are more effective, grateful, natural and flow either in concentric or eccentric (backward and forward) motion.
All in all, these machines deliver better results, improved safety and a super fun experience. The only hard part is listening to my jokes while you train. That’s killer!
